The municipality of Ivisan became active in Blood Donation Program of all municipalities in Capiz. Infact, the barangay captain of the Poblacion Sur, Ivisan, Hon. Elmor Buloso became an outstanding barangay captain in Region VI and in all municipalities in Capiz here in Western Visayas. Every healthy residents of the municipality of Ivisan were all participated of whatever event that will happen in the municipality especially for those activities or programs or projects that can help their fellow ones. That is why the barangay captain of the one barangay of the municipality of Ivisan gathered more litters or bags of blood which were stored in the Philippines Bank of the Philippines. The blood which donated were all benefited by almost all the patient of the dengue which became an outbreak here in all municipalitities in Capiz.
